How We Started

In 2001, three industrial engineers left their jobs at a multinational glass manufacturer because they saw a gap in the market: nobody was making windows that actually solved problems.

Most window companies were selling products off a catalog. We wanted to build solutions from scratch.

The first workshop was a 400-square-meter shed in outer Melbourne. We had two employees, one CNC machine, and a backlog of projects from architects who were frustrated with the limitations of mass-produced frames.

Today, we operate from a 3,200-square-meter facility with 47 staff members. But the philosophy hasn't changed: every window is engineered specifically for the building it will inhabit.

What Drives Our Work

Material Integrity

We source aluminum extrusions from local suppliers who meet ISO 9001 standards. Every batch of glass undergoes stress testing before it enters production. No exceptions.

Engineering Over Marketing

We don't sell buzzwords. If a client asks for a feature that won't deliver measurable performance gains, we explain why and suggest alternatives that will actually work.

Installation Matters

A perfectly manufactured window can fail if installed incorrectly. That's why our own installation teams handle every project—no third-party contractors, no handoffs, no miscommunication.

Transparency in Pricing

Our quotes break down material costs, labor hours, and margin percentages. You see exactly where your money goes, and we stand by those numbers throughout the project.

The People Behind The Product

Our technical team includes mechanical engineers, architectural draftspeople, glaziers with heritage restoration experience, and production specialists trained in CNC operation.

The average tenure is 11 years. That's not an accident—we invest in training, we maintain safe working conditions, and we pay above award rates.

Every window passes through 14 quality checkpoints before it leaves the facility. We catch defects at the source, not at the job site.
